Community Impact Organization is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that offers a wide range of services to help other non-profits build capacity and grow to better serve their communities. Community Impact Organization and our team have a proven track record of turning around struggling organizations, helping organizations to scale financially and programmatically, strategically plan for success, plan and execute large events and fundraisers, implement and execute development plans, and develop strong board of directors with people of influence. The core of our work lies in the continuous passion and dedication we bring to the range of projects we take part in. Our mission is to:
- Provide support, education, advocacy, coaching, mentoring, and consulting to any non-profit organization for the purpose of equipping and empowering leaders and staff to be successful, stable, and thrive to serve communities where they exist;
- Provide leadership in collaboration for grant seeking and program development for any non-profit to better serve their communities;
- Provide educational opportunities that will assist any non-profit organization to thrive, strategically plan, and serve their communities;
- Engage in any other activities that will enhance, equip, and empower any non-profit organization to fulfill their mission, vision, and to serve their community.

CEO and Lead Coach
Todd is our CEO located in Abingdon, VA. He focuses on Leadership Coaching, Board Development, Non-Profit Scaling, Project Management, Capacity Building, and he is an engaging Professional Public Speaker.
Todd has successfully built and led a non-profit startup (17 years), another local non-profit that he scaled from $50K to $750K in less than 3 years, and scaled and revitalized a statewide nonprofit that doubled (to $3M funding commitments) in less than 6 months. He has more than 25 years non-profit leadership and 10 years professional business experience. He has a high acuity for finances, funding, developing working boards, and executive leadership. His passion is coaching other leaders to achieve great success.
(Elias is a trained Goldendoodle therapy dog who works with Todd and loves to bring joy to others.)
Wendi Reichardt
Chief Program/Operations Officer and Coach
Wendi is located in Cape Coral, FL. She focuses on program and operations, and also assists with YNPN affiliate growth. Her expertise includes business processes, procedures, operations, and program management.
Wendi uses her many years of experience in program and operations to coach program and operational leaders equipping and empowering them to perform their best to accomplish their mission.
Dr. Jomill Wiley
Senior Consultant
Jomill is located in Akron, Ohio. She is our consultant who focuses on Training, Organizational Leadership, Project Management, Professional Public Speaking, Staff Development, and Conflict Resolution.
Shawndell Miller
Senior Consultant
Shawndell is located in Nashville, TN and is our consultant who focuses on Non-profit Finances and State/Federal Grant Management.
She also faciliates trainings for Quickbooks, Nonprofit Financial Statements, and other financial topics
